Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is accepted. All orders placed before 4pm GMT are dispatched same day, and next working day after 4pm cut-off (excludes weekends and national holidays).

Please be aware we are not liable for any duties and taxes that may be levied on international orders.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we gladly offer a 14-day returns policy on all products, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Please contact our customer care team on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you!
Please be aware that due to the nature of our hair care products and hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on our products unless they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All products must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of communication with our team confirming the returns procedure.
We will endeavour to process your return on the day we receive your parcel however under some circumstances this could take up to 10 working days. Once your return is inspected and accepted we will send you an email confirming your refund.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your SILKE London account. This can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. We regret that we do not cover return shipping costs and advise a tracked service as we are not responsible for any items that may go missing in the post.
We can only exchange items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. If you require an exchange please send us an email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your item and our customer care team will advise you on how to make your exchange.
Can I amend/cancel my order?
We can not currently amend/cancel any orders. If you decide you would like to return or exchange an item, please read our Returns and Exchange Policies above.
