STEP 3: We’ll Refund Your Order
We aim to inspect and process returns within 3 - 5 working days from the date we receive your return. Once approved, we'll refund the amount for your returned goods to your original payment method and you will receive a notification via email to confirm.

FAQ
Our returns policy is simple. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return.
We accept returns on all orders, provided they are in re-saleable condition. This means products are unopened, unused and with any seals and packaging intact.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will refund to your original payment method and whilst we aim to process this within 3 - 5 working days, this can take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return.
Please note: For orders that are undeliverable, refunds will only be processed once these have been received and processed at our warehouse.
UK and USA Returns
Returns for our UK and USA customers can be made via our returns portal here.
International Returns
For international returns, please return your items to the returns address provided below. We regret that we do not cover return shipping costs. Please include a note with your order number so we can allocate the returned item to your order promptly. Please kindly note that should your order be returned due to refused import duties or customs fees, a £10.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund total, and any original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Full Returns Policy Details
(i) You haave 30 days from the date of receipt to start your return. All goods are inspected on return: to qualify for a refund, products must be returned unopened, unused and with all original seals and packaging intact. In the event that your return does not comply with our returns policy, we reserve the right to reject your item. In such cases, your return will either be sent back to you, or an additional £10.00/$14.00 deduction will be made from your final refund total.
(ii) You must retain proof of postage for your return as we can only provide a refund for lost parcels with valid proof of postage containing tracking information. We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake.
(iii) Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
(iv) We do not offer exchanges, and any free items must be returned with your order. If not, the value of any free items granted as part of a qualifying purchase will be deducted from your refund.
(v) Partial returns of bundle items will result in the invalidation of the bundle price.
(vi) If the updated value of your order falls below our free shipping threshold, a deduction of the original shipping cost will be applied to your refund.

Due to our quick order processing times, we cannot amend/cancel any orders after they have been placed. If you decide you would like to return an item, please read our Returns Policy above.
We can not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address or a temporary address from which you are no longer able to receive parcels, and you will not be eligible for a refund in this scenario.
