*Import Charges:

For UK and US customers, no duties or taxes apply as orders are shipped domestically. For EU and other international shipments, you may incur additional duties and taxes. These are set solely by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total at the time of purchase. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibilities of the customer and will have to be paid by the customer separately upon receipt of their order.

Shipping Policy:

(i) Standard and international delivery times may increase by up to 48 hours during busy periods such as Sale, Black Friday and Christmas. While we do our utmost to maintain our usual service levels, some deliveries may experience minor delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

(ii) If you choose to have your parcel left in a ‘safe place', it will be at your own risk and liability. SILKE London cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels under these circumstances.

(iii) Any parcels marked as delivered but not received must be reported to us within 30 days of the delivery date for investigation. Reports made after this period cannot be processed.
