Returns
Our returns policy is simple: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your order.
We accept returns on all orders, provided they are in re-saleable condition - unopened, unused, with hygiene seals and packaging intact.

Eligibility
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
- Hygiene seals must remain intact.
- Proof of postage with tracking is required.
How it works
- We process returns within 3 business days of receiving your item.
- You’ll receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved.
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually appear in your account within 1–5 business days (timing depends on your bank’s processing, which is unfortunately outside of our control).
- If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved, please reach out to our Customer Care team - we’ll be happy to help.
Proof of postage: Please retain proof of postage with tracking information. We can only refund lost parcels if valid proof of postage is provided.
Rejected returns: If your return does not meet our policy, we reserve the right to either return the item to you or deduct £10 / $14 from your refund.
Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order becomes ineligible for free shipping after a return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Bundles & promotions: Partial returns of bundles will void the bundle price. Free gifts must be returned with your order; otherwise, their value will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Undeliverable orders: Refunds will only be processed once undeliverable orders are received back at our warehouse.
We are not responsible for items returned to us in error.

FAQ
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Refunds typically take up to 1-5 business days to appear in your account. If it’s been longer than 10 business days since approval, please contact us.
Quality is a top priority at SILKE London. If you believe your product is faulty, please email team@silkelondon.com within 7 days of receipt, including details of the issue and photos where possible. We’ll be happy to help.
Due to our quick processing times, we cannot amend or cancel orders once placed. If you no longer wish to keep your order, please follow the Returns Policy above.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for addresses entered incorrectly or temporary addresses where you no longer have access. These orders will not be eligible for a refund.
No, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
